New Loaders From Bobcat Are Feature-Rich

Increased visibility, more comfortable cabs, easier servicing are some of the improvements in the 500 Series.

Bobcat's seven new models in the 500 Series skid-steer and track loader lineup all feature improvements in visibility, cab comfort and serviceability ease.

The new machines include the S510, S530, S550, S570 and S590 skid steer loaders, and the T550 and T590 compact track loaders. The S510, S550 and T550 feature a radius lift path which provides the operator the reach and visibility needed for dumping over a wall, backfilling or loading flatbed trucks.

The S530, S570, S590 and T590 feature a vertical lift path which provides for heavier loads and higher reach.

Bobcat's new 500 frame-size track loaders and skid steers make up seven new medium-sized machines in the company's most popular sizes.

Other features include a cab-forward design which puts the operator closer to the attachments for better visibility of the work area, and redesigned doors for easier entry and exist as well as better visibility in the cab. Cabs are 10% larger and feature a pressurized cabin environment for improved operator comfort.

Outside, simple checkpoints cluster maintenance area together so upkeep is easier.

The 500 Series loaders have increased hydraulic capacity and drive trains more closely matched to the machine's rated loads.

The skid-steer models offer a two-speed option for 7.4 miles per hour in low range and 11 mph in high. Also, the hydraulic bucket positioning option keeps the loader bucket level as the lift arms travel upward, reducing spills and increasing productivity.
